Welcome to quiet Hatha yoga!

Calm yoga lessons with mindfulnes, breath and presence as a recurring theme.

Through breath, movement, meditation, and yoga nidra / yogic rest, we meet ourselves and the body, where we are, in everyday life.
Yoga is balancing, strengthening and softening the body and mind. A respite to nourish yourself, get ground contact and breathe out completely.

The hours suit you who are new to yoga, and to those who want to calm down through simple physical yoga exercises.
